Here Come's Summer!

Well, ok, not really but next Sunday (27th) the clocks go forward for the official start of British Summer Time.

We thought we'd take the opportunity to look ahead to the sort of food and flavours that remind us of the summer. 

We've therefore put together some classic summer flavours - light salads, barbecues, ice cream - whilst staying a true as possible to ingredients actually in season.  As an aside, I can assure you that the mozzarella di bufala is the real thing, freshly flown in from Italy by our suppliers at Borough Market.
