Menu Planning

Annie's Supper Club opens it's door to guest on 2nd October.  We hope our menu will help ease that painful transition into winter!

We start with a choice of Sweet Cherry Tomato Soup or French Bean & Chorizo Salad.  The cherry tomatoes and the green beans were grown in our own kitchen garden and are a reminder of the warmth and abundance of summer.

As we move on to the main course, guests can chose between either Pork Tenderloin wrapped in pancetta, filled with sun dried red peppers or an individual Beef Wellington (beef, pate and a mushroom duxelle encased in puff pastry).  Whilst the latter is a real treat for a coeliac who has long since given up on eating puff pastry, both dishes are the warm, hearty sort of dishes that we instinctively seek as daylight grows shorter and the typical English autumn/winter weather takes hold.

All our meat is supplied by the excellent Farningham Butchers.

No such menu would be complete without a steamed pudding, and one of our choices is a home made Double Chocolate Steamed Pudding served with a hot chocolate sauce - the ultimate winter comfort food!

For those looking for a lighter finish to the meal, they can indulge in the rich smoothness of our home made Chocolate & Honeycomb Ice Cream.

We finish our meal with a cup of fresh coffee served with home made chocolates and mints.

With three weeks to go, the evening is already filling up fast so book your place now to join us for an even of new friends and good food.
